      3. Facilitation measures during the epidemic prevention and control period

      In order to ensure the smooth and orderly implementation of compulsory automotive product certification during the epidemic prevention and control period, the "Notice of the General Office of the State Administration for Market Regulation on Implementing Quality Certification Related Work During the Prevention and Control of the Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia Epidemic" (City Supervision Certification [2020] ] No. 9), further simplify the requirements for type testing of automotive products. For the certification application that cannot provide a valid type test report due to the impact of the epidemic, the enterprise shall submit the standard compliance self-commitment and relevant technical information, and the designated certification body will issue a CCC certification after document review. After the epidemic is lifted, the enterprise shall submit a supplementary type test report or the certification body shall use the testing resources of the production enterprise to carry out sampling testing on the production site.

      On the basis of the current issuance of certificates by product unit, the new regulations increase the issuance of certificates according to product series, so that enterprises can choose freely, and the classification of automobile CCC certificates has been maximized, which will greatly reduce the existing more than 30,000 automobile CCC certificates. .       The new regulations deepen inter-ministerial cooperation and incorporate the public security department's parameter requirements for new energy vehicles into the management of the certificate of conformity to facilitate vehicle registration;
