November is the "119 Fire Protection Publicity Month". In order to enhance employees' awareness of fire safety, improve their fire safety emergency capabilities, and ensure personal and property safety, on the morning of November 24, 2021, Hunan Motor Vehicle Testing Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Xiang Auto" Inspection”) carried out a fire emergency drill that combines theoretical learning and practice in the company. Zhang Jianwen, general manager of Hunan Automobile Inspection Co., Ltd., served as the commander-in-chief of the drill. Deputy general managers Shen Jian, Xiang Shenghao and all the staff participated in the drill.

        All employees participated in the special training on fire safety knowledge, and learned daily fire protection knowledge, the use of fire equipment, and first aid methods.

       At about 10:30 a.m. on the 24th, when the test was being carried out, a short circuit of the test equipment caused a fire in the cell module laboratory, which quickly ignited the surrounding combustibles. The fire spread faster and the on-site disposal became more difficult. Smoke is generated, which triggers the fire alarm in the parts building and the administrative building, which ignites the surrounding environment in a short time and spreads rapidly.

        The company immediately launched a fire safety emergency plan. The emergency rescue command team issued an emergency rescue evacuation order and dialed 119 to call the police. The evacuation guidance team, fire extinguishing team, rescue team, and safety protection team performed their respective duties, and organized personnel to evacuate quickly and orderly.

       All employees were evacuated to the open area of the company's front ping, and the commander-in-chief organized on-site exercises on the use of smoke masks, cardiopulmonary resuscitation, and fire extinguishers. The employees mastered basic self-rescue and rescue skills through practical operations.

       After the drill, General Manager Zhang Jianwen summarized the drill, fully affirmed the drill's guiding ideology, emergency response methods, work preparation, and on-site practical operations. It is the top priority of the company's work. It should be prevented in advance and not slack in the process. It is hoped that all employees will work together to build a safe line of defense and create a safe enterprise.
